Hebö tube drilling machines

Our scope of machines have also a tube drilling machine for sale. Hebö Maschinenfabrik GmbH from Gemünden (Germany) is the manufacturer of these machines.
It is certainly a machine with potential for the Dutch market. Finally we are a country with a rich steel and stainless steel industry (think about stairs, fences, ballustrades etc.). Herefore this machine is ideal.

With the RBV12 tube drilling machine it is possible to drill quick, versatile and accurate tube (up to max. 2”), square tubes (max. 60x60 mm), T-profile (max. 40x40x4 mm), U-profile (max. 50x10 mm) and flat material (max. 60x10 mm).
 
The RBV12 is suitable for drilling (with angles up  to 65º), flow drilling, centering, and wire tapping in steel, stainless, and other materials. Because of the 2 drilling heads (in line) it is possible to drill 2 sides of the tube or profile.
