Garboli grinding machines
Early 2008 we extended our delivery program with the belt grinding machines of Garboli Srl from Fondotoce (Northern Italy). This manufacturer is known for its reliability and inovative thinking. The belt grinding machines are ideal for the finishing of tubes, square tubes, bars, flat materials etc. Stainless steel and other materials can be given a fine surface. The big advantage of the Garboli machines is that they also have a line of machines (type LPC) which can be used for bend products.
At choice it is possible to work "Dry" or "Wet". Customized adjustments are possible. Such as a smaller grinding head, to enable smaller radii to be grind.
Also it is possible to automate the feeding of the tube through the machine. This can be done by rollers etc., if necessary even placed in an angle for bend parts.
Also a machine for deburring is available (type SET). The inside as well as the outside of the tube can be deburred. Also sharp edges can be removed.
