Dynobend profile bending machines PB
Dynobend allready produces about 25 years the profile bending machines. The profile bending machines are developed for different profiles (IPE, ICP, HE) to examine. This is modest done in a unique way. The centrally placed cylinder presses a profile, which is trapped by pins, in the desired form. The cilinders at the side prevend that the flange deforms in an uncontrolled way, and it even makes it possible to align the profiles. It's unique way of bending is highly praised, and years of experience of users has proved.
The vertical bending, makes that the deflection of the profile by its own weight, has no effect on the desired bend. This fact can be directly compensated. 

The Dynobend profile bending machines are compact and take very little space in your assembly hall. And when you do not need it, you can take it by an overhead crane or forklift, easily and put it somewhere in a corner of the hall. Latest development is that the machines can be equipped with 2 speeds. The working speed, and faster speed. This second speed can be used when the pressure is low. It helps you to get bigger output. 
The two larger models machines are equipped with hydraulic-driven pins. For the 2 smaller models it is an option. It makes the work less heavy for the man operating the machine.
