The Dynobend measuring device can be used as is inzetbaar als een quality system as well as a production unit.

As specially with free form ( free radius ) bending it is possible to minimalize the long term programming and test bending for a new product.
With 2D models you can measure on the straight parts between the bends. 2 points per straight part will do. The software will make it possible to visualize the product and generate a measuring report. Also the outcome can be send to the bending machine, and a product can be bend.
When deviations occure in the bending, this can be compensated automatically. The next product should be exactly right.
With 3D models with twisted bends and various radii it is possible to measure by sliding the probe along the product. The software will convert the data to information the machine and operator can read and understand.
Standard the Dynobend measuring arm is installed on a stable table, which is mounted on a cupboard. This makes it easy to store all tools and probes safe and clean.
